This recipe was a hit! I made it for a large potluck and my husband was close to the end of the line. Because it was the first time I made it, I was anxious for his opinion. By the time he had his turn at the food, there was one small piece left and he had to split it with someone coming back for seconds of this bread. I decreased the oven temp for the last 15 minutes since the top was getting very brown but I wanted to be sure the inside was done. My family requested another batch after getting home from the party so I have one in the oven right now. It is inexpensive, easy, and delicious.

My family loved it! Even my picky 12 y/o daughter and my 14 y/o son, said it was Great! I halved the recipe for my family of 4, we each had plenty and were able to finish all the leftovers. I made it again the following week for New Years. I am sure this is something I will make over and over again.
