My bf and I really enjoyed this dish. It had great flavor from the cider, yummy It took alot longer to bake than I thought it would, but my oven tends to be slow. Made this for ZWT3, thanks!

Thanks, Janet, for a delicious dinner pit. Had everything in it that my sisters love (i.e. lots of veggies!). Will add this to my "have again" menues.
