Awesome side dish.....had it at a 4th of July BBQ and then came to Zaar to find the recipe for myself! I left out the cheese on accident and it didn't make a difference...leaving out the cheese and using Light Mayo lightens this up a little...the chips become the only dietary downside but totally worth it! The spices from the chili cheese chips is what makes the salad. Not a good left over though, just be warned...the chips get soggy in the fridge.

This was really good and so different. I used light mayo and 2% cheddar with great results. I also used frozen corn as others had mentioned and it worked well. Thanks for sharing!

The first time I saw this dish, it looked a little scary, I must admit. But the flavors in this are amazing! I have made it several times now for various events and it always steals the show! It is so simple for an amazing tasting dish! Thank you for posting it! Oh, and sometimes, I add a little diced tomato for an extra kick, just my personal taste!

I made a couple of little changes - added 1 can of drained, rinsed black beans & i/s/o red onion - I used green. YUM! What a great, easy dish for a BBQ. Thanks!

Sooo good and not a drop left in the bowl when we were done. Great for a BBQ or casual brunch. Everyone (even the picky ones) loved this recipe. A must try! Very easy to make.

I had this at a friend's BBQ - it was so yummy and several of us were having a hard time figuring out what was in it!! My friend shared the recipe and I took it to a potluck where it was DEVOURED! It is a snap to put together and surprisingly delicious. When I made it I added some Tony Cachere's Creole (or Cajun? can't remember what it's called...) Seasoning which really gave the salad a nice little punch. I might add a bit more of it next time.

Made this dish for cameraless chef and it is wonderful. I took it to a church potluck and it was the first dish to go. The flavors combined well, the texture was great and everyone really liked it. THANKS for a great dish!

This salad is AMAZING! I was a little unsure about it when I was making it. I'm so glad I did make it though, both my husband and I loved it! The two of us devoured all of it! (I cut the recipe in half) This is definitely something I will be making often. It would be a good easy thing to take to family get togethers and picnics!

Great, easy salad. Add 1/2 c chopped fresh cilantro to jazz it up a little! Easy & yummy!!
