Very tasty marinade that I used for 3 large (bone in) chicken breasts. I served the chicken cold in a salad with mango and spinach. Yum! This combination of flavours is really very good. Thanks!

I have terrible luck with marinades but finally found one I can't screw up
This is such a great simple recipe. I halved it and used 3 boneless skinless breasts and seared them in a stainless steel pan then finished in the oven at 350 for about 15-20 min. Very tender and lots of flavor. Thank you--I'll try it with kabobs next time!

I used this marinade for 4 large thighs (bone in)and then baked them for approx an hour, it really is delicious, the chicken was very moist and the flavours worked really well together. Thanks for yet another fabulous recipe Bergy!

Very good marinade if my husband don't say himself. I agree, very tasty, nice change from other types of marinade, I think nexttime I will use 1/4 cup of honey and see where it takes me. Thanks!

This was really good - tasty but not too overpowering. We marinated chicken thighs in this for a bit more than two hours, and then grilled them for about 40 minutes. We substituted half the vegetable oil with sesame oil. We also didn't have a blender, so we whisked the mixture instead to combine it.

This was soooo good! Thanks Bergy! It was the perfect amount of marinade for 5 large Costco chicken breasts. I threw them on the bbq and we ended up with very moist and tender chicken. Can't wait to make it again because the whole family loved it!

I needed a new chicken recipe and this fit the bill nicely. I used garlic powder and ground ginger b/c that's all I had on hand. It was graet!

This is an outstanding marinade for chicken. It's great without any variations and ripe for tons of possibilities.. I have to say the second time I added a little here and there; serrano peppers, cilantro, scallions and apricot preserves. Whatever you do, this marinade does not disappoint and is so easy!

I made this for a family bbq a couple nights ago. The recipe was very easy to put together. I made kabobs with chunks of onion, green pepper & red pepper & everyone has requested the recipe. I'll post photos when I get home & can upload them. Thanks for posting, Bergy! Update: Made this recipe again & used it on thin strips of pork tenderloin. Excellent! The pork was extremely tender & moist.
