We really liked this dish. Even DH who is not a big fan of any kind of squash gave it a "keeper" rating. I liked the buttery crackers with the squash, and I added some grated parmesan to the top, just for looks, but it did add another layer of flavor. It was easy to put together and I will be using this one again. Thanks Inez, for another great recipe.

Saw this the day it was first posted and it sounded delicious, it really really is! I used 2 zucchinis and it worked fine, I love the texture of grated zucchini and usually just lightly saute them with a touch of lemon juice and freshly ground black pepper, this will be a regular. Thanks for posting. =)

Very good. A light dish for luncheon or as a side dish with a meat, fish or chicken. I also liked this recipe, because I am always looking for nutritious vegetable dishes for my father who has no teeth. He found this dish tasty and palatable, without being overcooked.

I was worried about this when I mixed it up, I thought it was going to be too dry. Put it in the oven, baked it for about 30 minutes, decided to add a little butter. It was really good, not dry at all. It would have been fine without the butter. Thanks, needed some recipes for my abundance of zucchinni.

WOW! How easy can you get? It smelled terrific as it cooked, too. The only thing I did differently was to leave out the salt and pepper to allow for individual tastes. An easy variation might be to sprinkle some grated cheese and a little salsa on top during the last part of the baking. Or perhaps a couple of beaten eggs over the top, what a frittata that would make! Thanks for the great recipe.

This was just okay however my husband did not like the texture or the taste. Perhaps I should have added some cheese. I doubt I will make this again. Sorry.

I didn't care for this recipe .. it seemed rather dry. I may try it again and add some milk.
