Really great! I made them with Christmas prime rib dinner and everyone loved them. I used a mixture of white and brown mushrooms. Thank-you!

Nice flavor and a fun/easy side dish. Left out the red pepper flakes as DH doesn't like "hot". Will make this again and may try it with asparagus cuts. Made for my teammate for ZWT4.

Loved these delicious mushrooms! What can I say that hasn't already been said? Great flavor, extremely easy prep and fast cook time, and as you said, pairs well with steak. I served it with a South American style steak and thought it complimented it very nicely. Thanks for this delicious dish, Debber--we'll be making it again. Made for ZWT4.

I love mushrooms, and this is a great way to prepare them! They barely made it to our plates... I love the way you only taste the spicyness at the end because of the balsamico sweetness. Great for sort of like a tapas meal i think. Made for ZWT4 for team TTT

These are very tasty when hot and I can't wait to taste them cold. Seems to me it would be a great 'appy' for a get together. So easy to make also.

These were sooo good and even my husband who insists he hates mushrooms liked these. Thanks!

Great mushrooms! I love balsamic and red pepper flakes, so the flavours were perfect. Also sprinkled on some dried parsley, oregano and mint. Garnished with roasted red capsicum. Yummo!

These are very good, and I too can see where they would be great with a steak. I had them alone as a midnight treat after working the evening shift. I forgot to add the salt in, but will try it next time even though it was great without it. A easy recipe from a great and fun chef! Thanks Debber!!!

These were good mushrooms, but in making several varieties at once, found them of be lacking in flavor comparatively. The addition of garlic or shallots, would definitely make an improvement. Thanks for sharing your recipe made for ZWT 5 for the Cooks With Dirty Faces

Very nice mushrooms! After reading Boomette's review, I made sure to use less balsamic. Since I have an overflowing herb pot, I also followed Leggy Peggy and added some fresh parsley, oregano, and mint. Made for ZWT 4 by a Jefe de la Cocina.
