This is delicious. I made this using boneless skinless chicken breasts. I marinated it for 2 days. We made this for fajitas. We will definitely make this again. Made for Fall 2007 PAC

This was wonderful! I had a pound skirt steak and made half the marinade for it. I let it marinade all day in the fridge. Everyone loved it! Thanks for the recipe!
