This was really good. I used coleslaw mix instead of chopping cabbage and carrots. This made for a quick and easy weeknight meal.

We liked this a lot. I left out the bacon because mine was of questionable freshness, but other than that I followed the recipe exactly. I think I would have liked a little stronger flavor from either the soy sauce or the garlic, so I will probably add more of one of those next time. I also might add a little ginger to give a little more asian flavor. This is definitely a good way to get more veg into a diet and a very simple one dish meal. Thanks nimz!

This was awesome! My children even loved it. Made with Ketjap Manis, didn't have Soy =) Will make again. Did take 1 hour but was worth the time. Thanks for the idea!!

This is like yakisoba (fried noodle. I added about a tablespoon of oyster sauce to this. Instead of ground beef, I used imitation crab pieces and chopped ham. I have also done this using cooked chicken and Sweet chili sauce instead of the soy sauce. Its tasty but it is very high in sodium.

I liked this recipe even though I made a couple of changes. I added celery (I thought it said celery!) and Chinese 5 spice, and I used lean ground turkey instead of beef, mostly because we had ground beef the day before. Next time I'll use fresh chinese noodles instead of the Mr Noodles and maybe add some chinese sausage & fresh ginger or sesame oil. Great basic recipe, I certainly can build on it and change it to suit what I have on hand. Thanks Nimz

Good. I cut the recipe in half and still have enough for another meal for my husband and I. It was a great new way to use some cabbage from our garden! I skipped the red pepper b/c I didn't have any on hand, but would love to use it next time. I also added 1/2 tsp. ground ginger because I wanted a little more flavor. Thanks!

We loved this. The addition of the bacon was really enjoyed. That's a flavor that you normally don't get with this kind of dish. I cut the recipe in half and got 4 good size servings. Glad I did because I don't think my wok could have held the full recipe. I felt it didn't need any additional salt but DH grabbed the salt shaker even though I gave him some extra soy sauce but he felt it still needed it. I didn't time the recipe but felt it didn't take the full hour to prepare. Thanks for posting.

Made as directed. The flavors blended together well. I do think it needs the full teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes.I also used coarsely grated cole slaw mix.It was on the table in 40 minutes flat. You definately have a winner with this. Thanks so much for sharing this tasty recipe.

This is soooo good! I halved the recipe and, even so, it easily made enough for 4-5. It is salty, and sweet and crispy and smooth. I certainly will be making this again. I think I want to try it with ground pork. And I may make it more noodley--using two packets of ramen noodles for half the recipe. It is just delicious.
