This is a good soup to make on a lazy day because it is so easy. I was even so lazy that I took my potato masher to the broccoli as I did not want to clean up the blender. Made for 1 2 3 Hit Wonders game 2007

this was easy enough with great flavor, I used half each milk and half and half and also added in some garlic powder and cayenne pepper, I also included the cheese, thanks for sharing Dreamer!

Simple and simply delicious! I lightened it a bit by using low fat mushroom soup, fat free evaporated milk and no butter or cheese. I didn't feel that it needed any salt or pepper (yes, it's that good). I used fresh broccoli. I got it thicker by using less milk which worked very well as we are only two. Broccoli is my fav veg and I'll be making this again for sure.

This was so quick and easy. I felt the cheese was a must. Very flavorful. Thanks for posting.

Made this last night for lunch today. This is absolutely delicious! I love broccoli and this is a fabulous new way to eat it. I eliminated the butter and the salt (used Mrs. Dash table blend seasoning instead) and used skim milk, just to lighten it up a little. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!

Very good soup! Made over the weekend and DH and I really loved it. In fact, as soon as he got done with his last bite, he put down his spoon and said "If this is one of those things we rate, I'll give it a 5" (LOL he is "trained"
)I made with the cream of chicken option and also added the cheddar cheese. I did also add a hand full of Velveeta that I cubed. Thanks for posting. Made for 123 wonders.

Great recipie. I added sauteed onion and garlic plus substituted a jar of store-purchased alfredo sauce for the soup. It was great. I replaced 1/2cup of milk with 1/2cup of half-half cream too.

Definitely easy and fast to put together which is great. I made as written but found it to be too bland so I spiced it up before serving with a bit with of garlic, etc. I think I would have liked it better if I had used the cream of chicken soup option but since I didn't have any I used cream of mushroom. I also would have liked it with more cheese so next time will make those few changes but I would make it again. Thx for sharing Dreamer.

This really was an easy soup. I used fresh broccol and 2% milk. That's probably why mine was a little thin. Next time I'll make it thicker. I also added hot sauce and garlic powder. I used my immersion blender (which I love). Thank you.

This was really, really good!!! I left the broccoli chunky, but may run it through the blender tomorrow. I also used 3/4 cup milk and 1/2 cup heavy cream instead of all milk. (Just trying to use up some of my heavy cream before it goes bad!) I used cream of broccoli soup, and also drained the broccoli, (*only because I prefer a thicker soup.) I'll be making this all the time!! Loved it!!
TY!!!!
