Another goodie to add to my 'leftovers' recipe collection! Great way to use up odds and ends. I halved the recipe for the two of us and used cooked chicken, carrots, peas, yellow beans, and onions for the veggies, and cream of chicken soup. I baked it in my toaster oven and sprinkled grated cheddar cheese on top for the last 10 minutes or so until the cheese melted. Update: Made this recipe again using leftover cooked roast beef from the freezer, canned Heinz beef gravy, leftover cooked peas and carrots, and used my Microwave Mashed Potatoes for the mashed potatoes. Dotted the top of the potatoes with butter and sprinkled with paprika. Love this recipe.

i made this up to freeze some for next weeks dinners, but dbf and i had some of them for lunch, i used left overs from meatloaf but had to fry up one of my "helper" meat packages also (about 1/3 lb chunks i freeze for when you just want a little extra meat ) I made them up individually in a muffin tin so i could do diffrent things to each one, dbf loved the ranch and sour cream mixed into his potatoes, and i sprinkled cheddar cheese on mine, and also cut down on the gravy, i used beef gravy for some and cream of mushroom soup for others - will be making again!

We really enjoyed this, used left over veggies and beef and sausage meatballs, sprinkled the top with cheese. Great recipe to use up those left overs thats, ill be using this again.

We loved this version of shepard's pie! I had frozen my left over turkey from Thanksgiving so I used up the last of that in this dish. I really loved the addition of the gravy, that's really what makes this special. Thanks for posting this awesome recipe Anme!
