This was the best fried chicken I have ever had. I have never made fried chicken at home before because I didn't think I could ever made it better than a restaurant. Believe me...THIS IS BETTER THAN ANY RESTAURANT!!! My husband and kids loved it. The gravy was good but my family is not big on light gravy. But I was thrilled to have a gravy turn out without lumps for once.

Another excellent recipe, Nezz! I have made this so many times now, I could do it blind-folded. For those reporting this recipe is too bland, I suggest you spice it up with your own style of seasoning. This is a great basic recipe for Chicken fried Chicken and you can stylize to to your own tastes. Great gravy, too! Creamy and smooth. I wouldn't change a thing. Thanks agian, MizzNezz!

Southern comfort food in my own kitchen without deep frying! The chicken breasts were moist and tender with a wonderful, flavorful milk gravy that made the chicken and my mashed potatoes taste like heaven on a plate. Thanks for another keeper in our house!

Hi, I was able to cook this last night! I spiced up the dipping flour by mixing in garlic and onion powder. The gravy is wonderful! It goes well with the "bland" tasting chicken. I guess other people ate the chicken without putting a lot of gravy. To really eat this chicken I think you really have to go all out on spicing the gravy and put a lot on. The gravy is realy good! its the one that really makes the meal taste good.

Tasted like the fried chicken I got down south last summer. I improvised and used a beer batter. I like fat and cholesterol!! :> The Gravy does this chicken justice. And you must eat with biscuits!!! Yum!!

This is the best white gravy i have ever tasted! The chicken was average... i like to add parmesean cheese and bread crumbs to the flour mix and ranch dressing and milk to the egg mix for added "yum". But the gravy... oooh... outta this world!

The chicken was very moist and tender, but the chicken was very bland. I will add spices next time. Thanks so much for sharing!

This was a good meal. I too added several seasonings to the flour. Cooking time is right on and the chicken came out moist and tender. Thanks.
