Miller! These were the BEST burgers! Served them at our July 4th BBQ, and they were a huge hit! They were a bit "loose", but they held together on the grill just fine. Just be sure to use a big spatula, and turn carefully! But the flavor is unbelievable! I don't think my husband will ever want plain burgers again! Definitely a keeper!

Hubby went wild for this. Smelled wonderful cooking - couldn't wait for dinner! I think it would make a nice meatloaf. Plenty of juices to make gravy with.

Had the family over for a cookout on Memorial Day. Made these for the gang....they loved them. Will be making them more often. Did them on the grill instead of the oven.....delicious!!!

YUM! I didn't use guiness beer but i did use my favorite beer. I pan fryed these on the stove and served with a salad. I was worried that these seemed a little loose after the addition of the beer but they turned out just fine. Thanks for the great burger recipe miller!

These burgers are amazing! We absolutely loved them. They are so juicy and flavorful! I didn't change a thing and they are a little wet, I had to watch carefully and make sure to turn when they were "set", but they're certainly worth the effort. DH is an admitted burger freak and he asked that this recipe be saved. Thanks for sharing, we'll be making this one often!

These are WONDERFUL, simple burgers. Threw these babies on the grill with some corn on the cob, and fried up some homemade french fries. BH says these are the best bugers he has ever eaten. One bite and he says, "I knew there was a reason I love you."lol. Followed the recipe exactly, but left out the tabasco sauce. Added bonus: enjoying the leftover Guinness while firin' up the grill
Thanks Miller!

I don't know what happened to me with these. They completely fell apart even with the addition of some bread crumbs! I ended up 'scrambling' the whole thing, adding some tomato sauce and trying to pass it off as meat sauce... yikes! Sorry Miller- I don't know have a clue what I did wrong?!

Miller, rest your soul, these are great! Unlike some other reviewers, I did not have any trouble keeping them together. I used Heinz chili sauce, which is very thick — so I think that helps. I followed the instructions exactly, and added 2 chopped green onions. These are the best burgers ever! I made small "slider" size cheeseburgers. They did not have to cook for the entire 10 minutes due to their small size. By all means try these! You will not be disappointed! --Marla

Whoaaa Millie® ™!!! These burgers were the best burgers I have ever made!! WOW is all I can say! I used Lean Ground Turkey instead of beef because I don't eat beef. I also added a 1/4 cup of Spanish Onions (chopped), 2 pinches of crushed chilies, 1 teaspoon McCormick Crushed Garlic (equivalent to 3 cloves of garlic) and 1/2 teaspoon chili powder as I only had Enchilada Sauce and thought the chili powder would give it more pop (and it did)! The mixture was very, very moist and it stayed together quite well. (I noticed the leaner the ground meat, the better mixture stays together). I fried the burgers in a covered cast iron skillet on medium for 6 minutes each side and thoroughly enjoyed the juiciest, best tasting burgers I have ever had, hands-down!! The spices even gave the Turkey Burgers the color of ground beef!! Millie® ™, THANKS for this great recipe and I'll will ALWAYS keep a bottle of Guinness Extra Stout on hand for my burgers from now on!!

Oh man! My fiance grills burgers all the time and they come out great. Today he asked me to find a different recipe to change things up. Him being a Guinness drinker, and this having 36 great reviews, this seemed like the one. OH WAS I RIGHT! We both agree that these were the best we've had yet. We also minced the garlic and used garlic chili pepper sauce. He grilled them on charcoal and we shaped them with a mini frisbee. He forgot to baste them with the guinness, but they were still moist, delicious and flavorful! Maybe one of the best recipes we've tried on zaar yet.
