What a WONDERFUL YUMMY CREAMY TROPICAL smoothie! I made a half recipe with regular coconut milk and fresh grated nutmeg. I enjoyed it topped with whipped cream and more grated nutmeg. Next time I will use more ice but that is a personal preference...this was extremely smooth as is. My husband wanted rum in his. Thanks for another ter-ruff-ic recipe cookiedog!

Yummy and filling! I skip the sugar and find the ice cubes unneccessary (when the bananas are frozen). I also like to use canned pinapple (canned in pinapple juice). This is delicious!

This was great. I omitted the sugar and used a non-frozen banana and ice cubes. Great flavor. I really like that the coconut was not overpowering. Great smoothie Cookie.

Fantastic yummy.. perfect for summer days. As it does not contain cow's milk its a great alternative for all those who cannot drink milk but still love the milshake/smoothie drinks

I made this one for my toddler DD but used regular milk with a few drops of coconut essence in place of coconut milk. I used fresh bananas rather than frozen also to make it easier for her to drink and left out the sugar. Even with my modifications this was still really tasty & DD really enjoyed it. Thanks for a keeper!
