Simple to make but HUGE on flavour. This is going to be my favourite way of preparing couscous from now on! Thanks for a sterling recipe.

Quick, simple, and REALLY tasty! I substituted fresh dill and sauted it with the onions and garlic before adding the couscous and stock. This is a keeper.

Terrific couscous !! I served mine with simple stirfried vegies and added some chilli along with the coriander to the couscous. Made for ZWT 4 for my team Cafe Zmakk Gypsies.

A simple side dish with a wonderful flavor. I did add some lemon juice, some spiced butter "Spiced Butter (Niter Kebbeh)", peanuts and hot chili powder! served with "Beef Stewed in Red Pepper Paste" and "Ugandan Matoke". Thanks for a great dish! ZWT4 travelling through Africa with my Babes.

We love couscous so this was sure to be a pleaser. I used up some shallots from the fridge instead of regular onions. I also deseeded and chopped a ripe tomato and added it with the parsley. Served as a side for Grilled Basil Lemon Chicken, it was perfect! Thanks for the ideas!

We enjoyed this very much. It was flavorful and moist, but subtle enough to compliment the main dish very well. Thanks for posting.

This was so easy to make and absolutely delicious. I made a spicy african stew for our main entree and served this instead of rice. I actually put some of my stew on top, and that was great. I also used the leftovers as a side dish (as intended) the next day with a grilled pork chop. This is a great replacement for potatoes and makes for a nice change of pace. Thanks for posting! Made for ZWT4.
