Great carrots - I used Chipotle Ranch dressing mix and they were "HOT" but wonderful - I have left over carrots (planned that way) and I am chopping them and adding to fried rice along with other left over veggies for another tasty dinner. Thanbks Anme for a very tasty easy recipe

Excellent and easy way to served carrots. Would be good using baby carrots.

Really good carrots, and very easy! I did about 50% more baby carrots for the right number of servings for us (but kept the rest the same). Great for ranch lovers!

Good! I agree with Maito that it makes three nice sized servings. The carrots didn't get completely cooked; it may have just been my oven, but next time I'd use less oil and cook them longer, until they're browned.

These were so easy to make, and very tasty! My kids and DH loved them, and my DH usually doesn't like cooked carrots! I would highly recommend these - a wonderful side dish for any main dish!

These were very tasty and my whole family enjoyed them. This is a good, different way to make carrots. Will make again.

Only used 4 carrots, just enough oil to coat them, and guessed at the right amount of dressing mix. Turned out very good---something a little different.

I quartered the recipe, baked for about 15 minutes on each side and roasted some cauliflower along side. Thanks!
