Probably the best cornmeal muffins I have had yet. DH thought they were wonderful. I got exactly 12 moist, delicious muffins. I used reduced fat sour cream and it didn't affect the flavor at all. This is going into my Favorites cookbook. Thank You for sharing. Made for Spring PAC 2009
