I made this for Easter/ Birthday for my 8 yr old daughter. It was easy, delicious and impressive looking. My favorite kind of recipe! It is definitely a keeper. I can see myself making it often. I can't wait to try it with other fresh fruits this summer (blueberries, peaches).

If I could give this 10 stars, I would! My Mom actually made this and it was so delicious! Light, refreshing, cool! I would have put a picture in, but we devoured it! It is very pretty and could be a very elegant dessert served with a dallop of cream and a mint sprig as a garnish....if you can get that far. I cannot wait to make it and plan on taking it to all the parties this summer! Yummy!

This cake roll is absolutely delicious! It's the perfect springtime dessert, very light and not at all too sweet! This was a huge hit at my baby shower!
