These were wonderful shrimp. Easy, flavorfull and the marinade/dipping sauce was perfectly spiced. As I didn't have endive, and was to lazy to peel the oranges, i used Cinnamon Oranges to put the shrimp on. The cinnamon that got into some of the shrimp actually balanced beautifully.

Made this for dinner rather than an appetizer. The sweetness of the orange balanced the slight bitterness of the endive well and the coriander, which I've never used fresh before, was a very nice flavor I hope to become more familiar with. Thanks for sharing!
