I tried this recipe on my family tonight and they loved it. Even my picky eaters. I will definetly use this recipe again. Thank you for sharing!

I made this a few nights ago, and it was completly unexpected, and really good! Instead of onions, because I didn't have any, I threw in a few shakes of Worcestershire, a squirt or two of lemon juice, and a shake of Paprica. I kept the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes to set and mix well. It was great, and I will make it again.

I halved the recipe but forgot to adjust the cooking time so the top came out little burnt but it still was very good. Never thought to cook chops this way. Will defintely make this for my family when they come to visit.
