I steamed my veggies, but am just getting used to my bamboo steamer, so they got a little mushy, but the kids ate the whole thing (stalks and all!) Nice change to plain broccoli and easy to make.

This was so tasty, and so simple to make. Don't know why I couldn't have thought of it. I also sprinkled with parmesan cheese to. Being a B&C Lover, I'll be making this one often. Thanks Syd.

This was good and easy to make. I cooked my veggies a bit too long so they were a bit mushy but that was my fault. I followed the recipe as written other then I didn't add the parsley. This was a nice, easy, tasty side dish.

This was easy and fast to make. I made a enough for 6 servings. Good thing I did as there was nothing left in the bowl! I steamed the cauliflower on the bottom tray of my Cuisinart Turbo Convection Steamer and the broccoli on the top tray for 4 minutes. I did not add the 2 tablespoons of water and this came out great without it. Thanks for posting Made for 1-2-3 Hit Wonders game 2007

This was quite good. It made a nice side to pork chops and mashed potatoes tonight. The garlic was a nice addition. Thanks for sharing. Nick's Mom

Lovely easy, tasty recipe. I also used my steamer to steam both the broccoli and cauliflower. I also used some zucchini.

This is very good. I had a 1/4 head of broccoli and another 1/4 head cauliflower and was looking for something to use it up in. Since it was just 3 of us tonight I thought this recipe would be perfect to use them up. I was right. Flavorful and easy to prepare. I'm not a fan of frozen broccoli or cauliflower so this was perfect. THank you so much for sharing this with us, I will make a full batch next time cuz I know my whole family will love it.
