Holy Moly, this is a good casserole. Very easy to mix up and bake. Pretty darn quick to the table. I used frozen corn as I was out of the canned, but it worked just fine. Great comfort food, Barb. YUM! Laudee

This was a very quick dish to make. I added about a tbsp. of chili powder and mushrooms. I sprinkled a cup of montery jack shredded cheese over the meat mixture. I used stove top savory herb flavor and made the stuffing according to package directions because we like moist stuffing. Next time I think I will use a corn bread stuffing because I think it would blend in better with the flavor of the meat mixture.

I love the Seasoned Stuffing on top - nice crunch. I used 3 fresh Roma tomatoes instead of the canned and added a tad of tomatoe juice. Also added 1 tbsp hot sauce (some like it hot) Enjoyed this casserole very much Thanks Iron Bloomers.

I did not have high expectations of this casserole. I chose to try it because I thought my husband might like it. Gosh, was I surprised! This is one of the best casseroles I have made! It tasted so good! And so easy to put together. I used Stove Top Stuffing for pork for the topping. I will most definitely make this again (and again...)!

This hit the spot last night. It was cold and rainy so it really warmed us up. Great comfort food. I added a light sprinkling of mozzerella cheese before putting the stuffing on. Will be making this again!

Good casserole for a quick week night supper. I sprinkled some parmesan cheese on top of the stuffing mix and finished it under the broiler for a minute. I Scaled the recipe for 2 and it turned oout just fine. Handy recipe for quick suppers. Thanks

I concur with Laudee. Fast to prepare and quick to the table. I used chicken flavored stuffing that did not complement the other flavors. So that is the only reason this is getting a 4 star. I plan to remake this and use seasoned stuffing mix and not flavored. So I will be reporting back.

This was SO good. I think the stuffing was great in it. It was SUPER easy to make. But I was amazed how great it was. I was a little sceptical about the chili powder and stuffing but it was fantastic!!
