62 Reviews of Starbucks Pumpkin Scones

Delicious. I skipped the icing step & sprinkled raw sugar on top - simple and yum. I also baked the dough in a 9x9 square pan and they turned out great!

I made these and took them to work. I should have made more!! Everyone raved and all agreed that they were better than Starbucks. Everyone was surprised how moist these were. I will be making these again and again. Super easy recipe. I've already shared the recipe with several people. Thank you!

These were AWESOME! It fit the weather and made for a perfect breakfast before we hit the soccer fields. I somehow ended up with 8 and I did have a lot of left over icing. Thank you for posting such a great recipe.

These are so good, but the recipe is difficult to figure out. I used a can of pumpkin pie mix and didn't have to deal with all the spices. Thank you Rachel.

These are delicious!! Note that for the scones, the first set of ingredients should stop after the large egg. Do not add powdered sugar to the scone dough (thanks for that earlier post). I didn't want to bother with the glazes, so added a couple of handfuls of white chocoloate chips and chopped pecans. thank you!

Just like Starbucks! I noticed an assumed typo in the recipe though. The main ingredients stop at "1 large egg" and I did one cup powdered suga and 2 tbsp milk for the plain icing, then the same thing for the spiced icing, just with the spices included.

For glaze, I used 1 Tbsp fat-free half-and-half and 1 Tbsp skim milk. Used leftover for the spiced glaze, and still put in stated amounts of spices. Turned out great. I have this recipe in Top Secret Recipes: Creating kitchen clones of America's favorite brand-name foods: Super Secret Restaurant Collection, by Todd Wilbur, pub Plume 2005.

This recipe is fab-u-lus. I had to make it two consecutive days. The only change I made was I separated the dough in two pieces and made two pizza shape mounds and quartered them to make 8 scones instead of the 6. IT'S A MUST TRY!!!
