These potatoes are so good and so easy to make! I usually do a mixture of small Yukon Gold and red and I always add some minced garlic in towards the end. These potatoes have become a staple at our house!!

Great side! Love the way these cook up. Mine took longer- probably because the were larger than required. They tasted fabulous and could not be simpler. Thanks Laffer- zwt 3

I would give them a 10. I cut reg potatoes in 4 as the store had no little one and it worked. So very easy to make and I used fresh chives from the garden with it. A very big thank you for this recipe.

Delicious potatoes!! So easy I was dubious but worked our perfectly. I added a little garlic powder into the melted butter as a personal taste, sprinkled with parsley and chives. Will definitely make again!

These potatoes were delicious. They were tender and very flavorful. Just be careful and make sure the flame is down real low or they will burn. We loved them anyways.

I agree with watching the temperature when cooking! I almost had a disaster when I forgot to check at 20 minutes. Used yukon gold, and they were buttery and delicious. Thanks for sharing!

These were so good! I served them with our grilled rib eyes and they fit the bill! I made as posted using chives and thyme. Very simple to make. These would be great for a dinner party or any time you want a quick, easy, potato recipe. Thanks for posting a keeper!

LOVED these potatoes. Mine were on the large side so I quartered and halved them. They were golden brown on the outside and moist and tender on the inside. Used dried rosemary for the herb. Excellent cooking method and these could be changed up with many different seasonings. For zwt.
