24 Reviews of Spinach Artichoke Dip

From: bahngerama

On Jan 6, 2003

This was a big hit at my last party. Though I already had a recipe for spinach-artichoke dip, I wanted a new one that didn't involve mayonnaise, and it turns out the non-mayo version is even better! My only suggestion: bake in two smaller separate dishes because the crowd around just one serving can get pretty vicious!

This was amazing! I accidentally only used 1 cream cheese, but it still turned out GREAT (the same effect as doubling the spinach, I would think). I made it last night again for super bowl and it was gone in 20 min!

THis is the best dip I have ever tasted. I get compliments on it every party I bring it to. Everyone wants the recipe. I would like to try adding shrimp or crabmeat.

This dip is EXCELLANT! I first tried Spinach Artichoke dip at Olive Garden, and well, I think this recipe tops it! I think the seafood idea is great. We even ate the dip on pickled Okra! Hey, don't knock it, till ya try it! LOL Thanks bunches for sharing the recipe,Ladybug!

I repeatedly get requests to make this dip. If I don't have it at all my parties folks are pretty disappointed. I use the full fat sour cream and cream cheese and extra mozzarella and freshly grated parmesan.

This particular variation is the best dip I've ever had. It is as explained, low fat yet still creamy and flavorful. I made it for Christmas Eve and was completely devoured by the entire family!!

This recipe was a big sucess the first time I made it. Now every funtion that we have to attend people are asking me to make this dip. I too had to bake in the microwave because we had no stove at the party place, but all was well! I love this recipe!!

My Family and Consumer Science class used this recipe for the dip, it was delicious! I loved it! The whole thing was gone and everyone was asking our teacher for the recipe.
