This is great! I think this is an easy recipe that can also be inexpensive during the peak months of the fruits. I put this into individual containers (about 1 1/2 cup) and eat this in the morning for breakfast with a bit of yogurt. I haven't tried this, but I think fresh mint would be a good addition.

Yum, yum. This tastes similar to sherbert. I didn't have grapes or honeydew melon so I substituted with cubed Cherlyn melon.

So I cheated and added strawberries. It didn't need them but it added color. The dressing added a refreshing tang to the salad. Yum!

Good zippy flavor to the fruit. It is a healthy alternative to creamy fruit dressings.

I tested the sauce before adding it and it was so so tart. I added a pinch of sugar and 3 tbl spoons of honey to sweeten it up. It was the first thing to go at the party.
