This is absolutely a gem. What a terrific post! It is a unique way to enjoy a wonderful under-sung veggie in a way that doesn't pretend it is a potato
. I, too, only used one egg and it seemed to be plenty. My method made this quick and easy enough for any weeknight: I eschewed all dredging and just stirred the egg and cauliflower together to coat, then put it into a container with the "breading," covered, and shook it up until all was coated. Quick, easy, and it worked like a charm! Thanks so much for posting this--it is absolutely a keeper.

Excellent recipe. Hubby & son are usually very anti cauliflower but they loved this. Had to bake it a fair bit more than 15 minutes, tho. I'll definitely make this many times in the future, allowing at least 25 minutes for baking. Thank you SydMike

10 stars ! A low carb recipe for Cauliflower that has excellent taste .. wonderful! I doubted that these would cook in 15 minutes in the oven.. wrong, they were perfectly cooked, I upped the cumin and cayenne and mixed the last of my Parmesan (I had less than I thought on hand) with Gouda and skipped the lemon.. these taste great ! "Just" cooked though, not mushy and crunchy .. well, not crunchy exactly, lets lets say, "crisp". Please see my rating system: an excellent recipe for Cauliflower that will certainly help me stay on the low(er) carb wagon. Thanks!

Loved it! But must say this is for more like 3 servings! I had no problem with the cheese sticking but I did use 1 cup of it and 1 egg that I basically rubbed into the flowerettes to be sure all of the cauliflower had some egg then dipped into the cheese mixture. Just loved the heat of the cayenne. I did use lime for I served it with my Mexican Hamburgers. Just wonderful!

Delicious! What a great way to eat cauliflower. I mixed the parsley in with the cheese mixture, and thought that it added a bit more color to the white veggie. We'll be having this again real soon! Thanks for sharing your great recipe!

I had no problems with this recipe and we loved it!!!! Like Rita I thoroughly rubbed the flowers with the egg and used a cup of Parmesan. This was delicious and now on rotation at my house!!! Thanks Syd!

So easy! The cauliflower was tender in 15 mins. The coating was indeed crunchy. I made half with the Parmesan cheese as the recipe calls for, but since I didn't grate enough and didn't want to grate more, I made the other half with shredded cheddar. Both were great (but the Parmesan was better). The cayenne added a nice heat. Thanks Sydney for a keeper!

This is great, something a little different for us but loved the flavours. I only used one egg and that was enough for the amount of cauliflower I used, I also had trouble with the cheese getting wet but just piled it on top. Very tasty, thanks for sharing.
