I must have forgotten to review this. I LOVE this soup, and it's so easy to make. I like to use broccoli florets, as opposed to brocolli cuts because sometimes you can get some hard-to-chew pieces in the cuts. I also use the mild Rotel, it's less spicy but still has a kick. Going to make some right now!

Five HUGE stars!! This was awesome; I made half the recipe for supper last night and DH and I really enjoyed. Since I used broccoli florets, I had to transfer them to my food processor for just a quick chop (otherwise it would have been too hard to eat) - I'd recommend buying broccoli cuts for this recipe. Will be making again!

YUM! I used regular Velveeta as the grocery store I went to only had that. I put in 8oz. instead 10oz. to try and keep the point values close. I also used fresh broccoli instead of frozen. I must have made larger portions though because I only got 7 servings...still figure it to be under 3 points. Thanks for the recipe!

This was sooo so good! Even my kiddos ate it! The only tweaking I did was use 1 box of beef stock and 1 box chix stock. It was awesome!! Thanks!

YUM! This is wonderful! Its filling and satisfying too! IT does go great with a small piece of crusty bread. It hits the spot! Especially on a cold winter day! My husband really liked it also. Anyway, thanks for the great recipe!! Its a keeper for me!

This was so easy and so delicious. My picky 6 year old ate his whole bowl...now that is saying something. We all loved it! Thank you for sharing this with us.

This taste just like any other Broccoli and Cheese soup. You can't tell a difference in the lower fat/calories. I chose not to put the can of tomatoes in it. This makes the recipe 2 pts per cup. I will try the tomatoes next time to save that point. This is a great snack for in between meals or before a meal so you don't eat as much of your main meal. Thanks so much for sharing. (I also garnished with green onion)
