Mmmm... These were a very delicious treat. The center was just the right consistancy. Instead of Irish cream I used a slpash of vanilla extract, and that worked out fine. The cake was a little bitter, so next time I will either use a little more sugar or some semisweet chocolate.

YUMMY, YUMMY, YUMMY!!! I needed a chocolate fix and this fit the bill to a T!!! I doubled the recipe, used larger ramikins and cooked for 14 minutes - the turned out perfect! I topped them with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream and topped each with 2 tbsp's of irish cream. Will certainly be making these again SOON!

I thought molten cakes would be complicated to make. I couldn't have been more wrong. They are so simple, and it looks like it took a lot of effort. I decided to make these for my husband for Valentines Day, and he loved it. I'm a little bummed though; I cooked it for a minute too long, so there wasn't much molten!! They were still great, and I will be making them again' being careful not to overcook
Thanks

Had something very similar to this. Loved it. We paired it with an amaretto whipped cream that was amazing. Not too hard either. Highly recommended to anyone. Cheers.

These are very good, if you love DARK chocolate, because they have very very little sugar! I dusted the inside of the ramekins with sugar before baking, and I also served them with vanilla bean ice cream for DH and DS. I ate mine with double strawberry ice cream. They were so EASY to make it was almost embarrasing! I will definately be making them again, maybe with a milder chocolate, I would have given it 5 stars if it wouldn't have been so terribly bitter.

Delicious dessert! Love that I could make 2 single servings; it's so much better than having a full cake to eat! This recipe was rich, delicious and really easy to make. I used semi-sweet chocolate; otherwise made as is except to cut it in half. Thanks so much for posting this...I'll defnitely be making again!!

Delicious! I made these for my man on Valentine's day this year and served them with vanilla bean ice cream. Now every dessert I make is compared to this one and they never seem to quite measure up! I made these in two larger ramequins instead of 4 and had to add about 6 minutes to the baking time.

These were the most rich and delicious moist cakes. And if that wasn't enough topped with Irich Cream made it simply sublime! Made for a great desert, will definitely make again! Thank you for another great keeper recipe Cookie ~V

Another Ter-ruff-ic dessert from cookiedog! Man-o-man is this YUMMY! It was so easy to make and turned out exactly right following the recipe. I bet it could be made with regular cream as well. I used Irish Cream but also ate it with whipped cream. This is one of those WOW! recipes and is a definate keeper. If you love chocolate YOU MUST TRY THIS!
