This is the same recipe that is posted by Kittencal of Canada. It is indeed very disappointing and bland soup. Be warned: this recipe is all over the internet and it is not even close to accurate! I remade it 2 times so far, most recently using 5 quarts of stock and added 2 chicken buillions, 3 bay leaves, and a variety of spicys and it came a little closer, but still no Carraba's version (we buy the soup from Carraba's the day we make and remake this because this recipe is so so off!) The fact is the Carraba's version is a million times better then this bland version. Please keep searching if you want to make the exact Carraba's version, and please do post the corrected version here because this isn't it!
