Thanks to the marinated artichokes and the yogurt mixed with the mayo, this was a nice tangy sandwich. I used mozzarella instead of provolone cheese--using a mild cheese works well because it doesn't "fight" with the other flavors going on; I think the same would be true with provolone. I cooked this in my Foreman Grill.

Very tasty, but I would up the amount of artichokes and red pepper next time. Swiss Cheese might also pack a little bite; but the provolone was good. Definitely a keeper. Thanks for posting!

This was delicious!!! I used fatfree mayo and sour cream and roasted my own pepper!! Served it on ciabatta rolls. I used a little margarine to help with the grilling in my iron skillet! Wonderful!

Oh my goodness, I think this is going to be my new favorite sandwich! Wonderful flavors, crunchy celery and onions, creamy provolone cheese, zip from the roasted red peppers and marinated artichoke hearts, so very good. The only thing I would do differently is add more salt than I did this time. Sage/Rita thank you so much for posting this panini recipe!

Made & reviewed for ZWT 4 ~ Kumquat's Kookin' Kaboodles! I made these as part of our lunch menu today & was very impressed. DS loves tuna but hates artichoke - he scarfed one a panino down in no time! I don't have a fancy panini press so used my Le Creuset Grill pan & pressed the panini on each side to get a nice effect. Thanks Sage/Rita for a great recipe

We enjoyed these sandwiches for dinner while traveling on ZWT 4. I used focaccia Rolls to make it extra special. Don't skip out on the cheese it really brings the sandwich together!

Now, I might be slightly prejudiced, since I positively adore tuna melts and paninis, but I thought this was wonderful! I didn't have the Italian rolls, but I used some seedless Italian bread instead. Other than that, made as written. I really liked the roasted red peppers and the artichoke hearts in this, they went so well with the provolone. Thanks for posting! Made for ZWT4

The additions to this tuna filling raise canned tuna to a gourmet level. I used a thick-sliced whole-grain sourdough bread, but everything else the same. The leftovers were good too, as a cold sandwich the next day.

Yum! this surprised me, but the flavors went together so well. Artichokes in tuna? So good. This is why I love ZWT. Thanks for sharing!

Wow! What a treat we enjoyed last evening with this sandwich paired with roasted vegetable minestrone soup. Simple yet flavorful...........quick and filling too, this will definitely be repeated at our house. Being able to use the George Forman to cook these was a bonus also, as the temps and humidity make you wanna back away from the oven at all costs. LOL Next time I will add a bit more artichokes, but there isn't much room to make this one much better. Thanks Sage!! ZWT 4 Summer '08 Panini challenge
