This salad was quite delicious. I used it with the chicken enchilada menu and it was the standout of the meal. The cumin and cilantro were such a dramatic potentiator for the avocado, don't skimp on them; and the lime with cilantro is a classic. I will make this over and over again. Yummmm! Thanks Sharon

This is a really good summer salad the cumin and the lime were beautiful with the avacado. I used iceberg because I had that on hand and threw in some red onion. Will make again Thanks.

Very tasty! I couldn't find boston lettuce so I used baby field greens. I served this with black bean soup and spanish rice. I loved the combination of flavors. Thanks!

This salad was so fantastic! I loved the mixture of flavors from the cilantro, garlic, and lime (though I used calamansi because it's easier to find in the Philippines and tastes almost the same). And any salad with avocado in it is usually a hit with me. I really could eat this salad everyday except that it takes more time than my usual toss together salad.

An absolutely lovely, refreshing and pretty salad! My only change was to leave the cilantro leaves whole and to add somefreshly ground pepper. Thank you, Sharon.

Wonderful salad Sharon. A 5 star recipe! I didn`t use all the salt the ingredients called for and in the directions it calls for 2 teaspoons way more the ingredients. Just do a pinch and you`l be thrilled! I can`t wait to make it again.

Tangy lime and smooth avocado — a great salad for a hot day. Just add a little cheese toast and this is a good, light meal. Thanks for posting! Made for ZWT III.

Avocado & lime - 2 of my favorite ingredients. This salad was almost guaranteed to be a winner at our table & it was. I halved the recipe for 2 of us & served it along side homemade chicken soup for a tasty & warming meal. Thx for sharing this recipe w/us.
