Yum! A fun twist on the ol' lasagna recipe. Very flavorful! The only difference I'd suggest in the directions, is to cover the casserole for 25-30 minutes, then uncover for the remainder amount of time to lightly brown up the top layer of cheese. I had to cover mine up half-way through the cooking time because it was browning way too quickly. Otherwise, A+!

This was pretty good! I had to make a few changes because I didn't realize I was out of some of the ingredients. Instead of ground turkey(used that up earlier in the week, whoops!) I cut up some frozen steak strips and sauteed them with some onion and garlic. I totally forgot the cottage cheese, but I didn't miss it. I added a few dollops of spicy BBQ sauce, it gave it a nice kick. I topped it with some Italian blend shredded cheese. Hubby really liked it and so did I!

I haven't tried this yet, but I plan to. Especially since it is actually only 3 WW points per serving according to the Nutritional Information!

I really wanted to love this recipe....but I didn't. I thought it was way too sweet. I waited until the last 10 minutes to put the cheese on. I do think that maybe it could be tweaked to my liking, but as is, I prolly won't make again. (Sorry)
