12 Reviews of Clam Linguine

From: Leigha

This was so EASY and YUMMY! I too, modified it from the original replacing 1/2c of clam juice with white wine and adding 6 medium sliced brown button mushrooms. It turned out great! My honey was very impressed. I would totally make this again!

this was outstanding. I only changed the recipe by adding some more garlic. I used 8 cloves and cooked it a little bit longer by a half hour. I recommend this recipe.

I'm not a very good cook & even I found this recipe easy and fun! I did not modify the instructions (i'm not that confident in my cooking yet), but it was wonderful. My husband loved it, too!

This had excellent flavor and was very easy to make. I also modified the recipe by adding 1/4 cup of white wine and some extra garlic. My FH & I really enjoyed this meal, will definitely make again!

Iused to make a dish very similar to this , but lost the actual measurements etc and forgot about it...Yum , Thanks for posting, so easy and delicious; I added a big splash of white wine and thickened the sauce slightly with a little roux, passed the parmesan seperately to add to the diners personal preferance. Thanks Uncle Bill.

Uncle Bill, I am sorry it took me so long to post this review. I have made this recipe many more times than I can count and consider it a favorite and an emergency standby when pressed for a classy meal in a hurry. I also learned the difference between fresh and processed minced garlic with this recipe. Fresh wins every time. Thanks for your recipe contributions.

Liked this a lot. Will add more garlic next time. I will also add another can of clams since I like a lot of sauce. I added a splash of white wine and a touch of heavy cream since I had it on hand. Thanks for a nice dinner!

Excellent and Easy! I also sub'd 1/2 can of white wine for the clam juice and added a few shrimp and scallops. Very tasty

It was easy. and fairly yummy. i found it too spicy (i don't like spicy food at all), and will make it again - but i'll leave out the cayenne pepper. I also recommend using a good jar/can of clam's, or you won't taste it.
