A recipe quick and easy enough to make for the kids, but also worthy to serve to company. These were just delicious. I think I'd like to try it once with homemade pancake batter, and also to try it with brown sugar added. I did leave the pecans off of the ones I served the kids. I have some in my freezer now for a hurried morning. Thanks so much for posting a delicious pancake recipe!
