These were great! I used sour cream rather than milk and baby red potatoes (left in their skins), but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. A nice change from the usual mashed potatoes.

These were yummy! It's amazing how the addition of the horseradish transformed ordianry mashed potatoes. It gave them a different and interesting flavour. This one will be back on the menu within the week I think.

Made this the other night with some grilled pork chops. We love horseradish and anything with it
This is a very tastey way of making mashed potatoes that I WILL DO AGAIN. I also subbed the cream for lowfat milk. One other thing these were even better the next day warmed up. It seemed that the horseradish melded with the potatoes making it even better. Dancer^, thank you for posting this delicious idea.

This was really tasty. I wasn't quite sure if the recipe meant to put the horseradish in with the potatoes while they cooked but that's the way I did it. I didnt' rinse the horseradish first either. I think I'd add a Tbsp extra along with the butter and cream (I also used milk instead) next time.
