My husband is a ketchup freak - puts it on everything, so I thought I'd try this. Very, very good. We had it on hamburgers first and it was a winner. I think it would be easy to modify it to make it a little hotter, less sweet, however you like your ketchup. We thought this was perfect. By the way, I used plum tomatoes and just doubled the number and it was still great.
