I was skeptical, but thses are so incredibly easy and delicious. I live in LA and there's a mexican restaurant I always go to for the homemade flour tortillas. THESE ARE BETTER. Plus I can control what type of fat I use (can you say lard). I used canola oil and they came out beautifully. I also used half reg. flour and half low carb flour and they still tasted better than any tortilla I've ever had. Thanks spicygrits!

I needed some tortillas and did not want to run to the store. I made these in my food processor and could not believe how easy they were to make. The dough rolls out very easily and they taste so much better than store bought. Thanks for the recipe.

These are wonderful. I cooked mine on my George Foreman grill, LOL, came out perfect. Now I don't have to fret when I decide to have a meal for supper needing tortillas and I have none. I can just crank out my own.

They were awesome and very easy to make. The only thing i would change next time is to roll it out a little thinner. Besides that the recipe was perfect. thanks for a great recipe.

These are so easy to make and very tasty! I used half white and half whole wheat flour. I may never get store-bought tortillas again! Thanks for sharing.

I made these using 50% whole wheat flour 25% white flour, and 25 % ground flax seed. I used olive oil for the fat. They turned out great. For rolling them, I used two sheets of parchment paper, and rolled as thin as I could. I removed it and cooked for 15 seconds each side on a very hot skillet. They we beautifully thin, and still very pliable. Worked great for wraps.

I was a bit afraid of making tortillas myself, but I thought, "What the hey! I'll give it a shot!" This recipe is absolutely wonderful! One thing though, when in the pan the SHRUNK like crazy! Be sure to ROLL them out pretty big since they'll shrink. I live in Germany, and the tortillas you get here aren't that great, so I'll be making these from now on! Thanks!

Loved them!!! I think next time though I would make six instead of 8 as we like them bigger. They tasted great though.

THIS WAS GREAT! I wasn't sure about this, but it was simple and easy and the tortillas were SUPER! I didn't roll the first one thin enough, but the only problem was operator malfunction. Hubby and kids were amazed, me too. Thanks for posting this, you saved dinner!
