1 Review of Soy Chicken and Green Tea Noodle Salad

This recipe has all the ingredients I love and I thoroughly enjoyed it for a light lunch. Chicken was cooked night before for an ease of putting this all together. I eat soba or buckwheat noodle often, but it's always in Japanese style of recipes and never in a fusion style such as this. However, I thought soba worked out just fine with ingredients here.
