These are so good! They are so much better than the heat and serve frozen appetizers that you can buy. I made the full recipe and it gave me about 55 little bundles. I fried them as directed and then placed the cooled wontons on a cookie sheet and froze them individually before packing them in ziploc bags. Tonight, I took out one bag and popped them into my toaster oven and they were defrosted in no time. I served them with plum sauce and they were a hit. Thanks for showing me a way to impress our Chinese exchange student!

These are maaaarvelous! I am on WW and made them for a party, and they simply were the talk of the crowd (and 2 points each)! Wonton wrappers found in produce aisle of grocery store. I also tried steaming a few and although the fried ones are better for a party, I held the steamed ones aside for just me! Made a great lunch! Susan

Excellent to say the least. I used my mini food processor to VERY finely mince the veggies, and it turned out perfect. I had leftover pork mixture, so I fried it up in a skillet and served it in lettuce leaves with sauce #62708 for a fantastic lunch the next day. Almost better than the wontons themselves, and not deep fried. Thanks for a great recipe.

I substituted hamburger for the pork. Gave it some more zest with cayenne pepper and black pepper. They are great. A real treat is dip them in some pad thai sauce! Yummy.

WOW! What an AWESOME recipe! I made this ahead of time and froze it for a New Years Day dinner that I hosted earlier this evening. People went MAD for this. It was by far the most popular dish offered. The only change I made was to about triple the garlic! I popped them in the oven for a bit before serving and poured Lucky Sweet and Sour Sauce (from this site) over them. Everyone kept asking for the recipe and this was the first dish to empty. Takes a bit of work but WORTH IT! Try this recipe!!! Thanks for posting!

These were very good. I used ground veal as that is what I had on hand, but I think the pork would have been better. Also I'll add a bit of " heat" to the mixture next time, perhaps a few shots of hot sauce. I froze these after frying and they reheated nicely at 375 for about 20 minutes. I can't stand the smell of deep frying, especially when company is coming. We had these as an appie for a Chinese New Years meal. Thanks Cocoa.

My family loved these. I only had 1/2 pound of pork but I kept the amounts of the other ingredients the same. I pan fried and then steamed them like pot stickers. These are very easy to prepare. Thnak you for the recipe
