I have to admit that I did mine a little bit different, as I made mine sugar-free. I also substituted 1/4 C Creme de Menthe for the mint flavoring and put it into a crust made from sugar-free chocolate sandwich cookies. It was great! Either way you should try this recipe. I will be making this again!

Superb! One of my husband's favourite ice cream flavours is Mint Chocolate Chip and this is a great pie version! I used tenderflake's new chocolate pie crust for the crust. After beating the whip cream, I just added everything else into the same bowl instead of making another bowl dirty
I Loved the generous amount of filling which made the pie mile high and had a picture perfect pie! I also used a vegetable peeler to make curls from a milk chocolate bar for garnish. Great dessert~Thanks!

WONDERFUL! This is smooth, creamy and light, I used an Oreo Crust. Freezes Wonderfully, take out about a half hour before you want to serve, drizzle with chocolate syrup and whipped cream.

I actually came to this site with the intention of posting this identical recipe. I have been making this for a few years. Whether served in the pie crust, or as a dessert pudding, it's always been a hit!

Yummy, yummy, yummy! If you like mint chocolate chip ice cream, you've gotta try this recipe. It is very easy to make and my whole family gobbled it up. My friend's 8 year old son requested the recipe for his mom when he sampled this at our house. It is very light and refreshing. Thanks for submitting this. We'll make this many, many times this summer.

Yum! This turned out fantastic! and it's so easy!
If you're using store bought crumb crusts, it will fill two eight inch ones. That's one for the Christmas party, and one for me.
