This recipe was very simple to make, tasty, and filling. My family(kids included) loved it. The stove top stuffing as an ingrediant was a great alternative to other binders. I sprinkled the top with paprika and brushed a thick layer of bbq sauce on the top. It carmelized while it baked and smelled wonderful.

WOW! I am trying to feed DH a little healthier and ground chicken was on sale. I just knew this recipe wouldn't get more than an "OK". We were both so pleasantly surprised! I brushed some ketchup on the top during the last 25 minutes. I think that this my favorite meatloaf I have ever had. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

WOW! Oh, this is perfect! I was wanting to use of some ground chicken, and here are a few things I changed. I used 3 eggs, omitted the parmesan, slathered 3 TB of BBQ sauce on top halfway through. I also baked it for 1 hr and 30 mins, but that was because I didn't dice the onions enough, so they were still too raw! So next time I'll dice those onions up! This freezes great, we just finished up the rest of it tonight. Thanks so much for the great recipe!

I had trouble finding ground chicken but substituted ground turkey and was very pleased with the flavor and the ease. If you use ground white meat only, watch your baking time as it can dry out some. I was very impressed with the stovetop idea for bread crumbs and have tried it in beef meatloaf now also and wow its a great tip thanks for sharing it with us Leona....Bluesvox

This was a very tasty meatloaf. I made this because we discovered that my picky 2 yr old will eat ground meat, so I'm trying to find good recipies that include ground meat, this is a total winner! Thank you for posting this great recipe.

Wonderful Chicken Meatloaf, Delicious! I have never thought of using ground chicken in a meatloaf but I will be making it more often. I made mashed taters and wilted lettuce salad(http://www.recipezaar.com/Wilted-Lettuce-Salad-52087) to go with and so pleased. Thank you!

AMAZING! I stir fried onions and garlic (used 8 cloves with some chopped up mushrooms) then added it to the chicken breast that I ground in my food processor. I added 1/2 cup of italian bread crumbs then added 1/4 tsp ground pepper and 1/2 tsp. all meat seasoning. It was sooooo delicious! This is a recipe keeper! Thanks so much!

Surprisingly tasty! I made it without the cheese. Added a bulb of minced garlic (Love the flavor), 3 eggs, 2 tbs ketchup, 3 tbs spicy bbq sauce. I used chicken breast, and to prevent from drying, I added 1 tbs of olive oil in the mixture. Baked at 375 for 1 hour, reason being I set the wrong temperature. Half way through, I brushed two layers of sauce (mix of ketchup, bbq sauce) on top. Result, moist and yummy.
