11 Stars for this one... I doubled it and used a bit less sugar and a bit more vanilla. It was a big hit at our Christmas Eve Buffet and is in our Faves book now. Thank you!

Made this for a healthy treat for myself. I used Ground Flax seed instead of flour to add fiber. I also added a little stevia to make it sweeter without adding calories. It was delicious! I am going to have some more for breakfast in the morning!

Excellent, I loved this. I only added 1/3 cup of sugar and it was great. This had excellent flavor. Thanks so much for posting.

I'm so sorry but this was not something we liked at all. Perhaps the directions for the egg needs to be more clear. I beat the eggs to a loose foam...what exactly is "smooth and lose a bit of their elasticity"? Nothing like a custard to us at all. Had to throw away.
