Flawless recipe! Absolutely perfect for a pre-meal treat. I served with Rosemary Breadsticks and this was gone in 5 minutes!

Loved this. So simple to make, and yet so delicious. I couldn't stop eating it! However it was a bit too salty for me so I might use less salt next time.

Oh my this is good! I dipped some french bread in it and could have made a meal of just that. Just perfect.

Guess what we had for dinner? Yup... bread and this dipping oil and that was it! Granted, we weren't exactly starving, but we could easily have feasted on a whole loaf with an endless supply of this oil. Made precisely as indicated (plus one garlic clove), it was absolutely addictive, not to mention quick and easy. Thank you!

This recipe could save me lots of money. I have purchased dipping oil in fancy glass bottles but this is BETTER and fresher. Also--love that it uses ingredients I always have on hand!

WOW! This stuff deserves 10 stars! It was delicious and there wasn't a drop left when we were done! I served it with Fleischmann's Italian Bread to accompany our meal of Cheese Stuffed Shells and Caesar salad. It was fantastic! Easy to make so I know I will use this again, often. Like DH said, it makes a good Italian meal have that extra special touch of a fine Italian restaurant. Thanks so much for posting this terrific recipe!
