If you have not tried this recipe, do it now! We made one batch and had to immediately make another...it is so easy to make.

Made this last night and am planning on adding to the collection of goodies I'm giving at Christmas to my relatives. My parents already snuck a few bites after the fudge was cooled and they were impressed. Actually, my mom was floored at how well these came out. As this was my first time ever making fudge ( and using a candy thermometer) I was a little nervous. But everything came out GREAT! My mom is so jealous of my "fudge making abilities"...lol. I give all credit to this great and simple recipe. The only thing I did differently was eliminate the walnuts because I used chunky peanut butter. I'm making another batch tongiht for my mom to bring to her co workers tomorrow. This will sure make them glad to have come to work! Thanks so much.

This fudge is so creamy and rich! I expected a more peanut butter flavor, but the chocolate and peanut butter combine so well it becomes one flavor and the peanut butter does not over-power the chocolate at all. I made two batches, some for Dan's birthday, some to send to Dan's mom (who broke her arm) and some to send to my dad. I just know they all will love it! After a taste of MizzNezz's fudge recipe, Dan says he is in "senory overload" and that this fudge makes him, "tingle all over!" ; ) He loves it, MizzNezz, and so do I! Dan also says he is "seeing stars" and it is more than 5 : ) lol Thanks again for sharing your excellent recipes!

Thanks for an excellent recipe! I have been on the hunt for this type of fudge and I now have found it! I didn't have a themometer (might invest in one now) and I used golden syrup instead of corn syrup as I had none and used granulated peanuts as I don't like walnuts plus my peanut butter was super crunchy so it went well and it still turned out Yummo! Thanks Mizznezz for all your great recipes I have tried many of them now and all have become permanent keepers and everyday recipes I use now so thanks heaps!

This is the best fudge. It's the good old fashioned kind I remember my Mom making. I am so happy to have found this recipe! Thank You!!

I can't believe how great this fudge is!! It's smooth and creamy, but not with the mushy texture. This is the kind you can actually bite! It's really too good! I couldn't leave it alone! Easy to make too. It only took about 20 minutes from start to finish. Thanks for this great recipe!

I hate recipes like this. You make it, and it goes so darn quick you only get one piece! It was made to have for dessert but was gone before dinner was even started. LOL! This is absolutely awesome fudge, and we thank you for the recipe. We thank you so much we're making again today. s Chuck

This is so simple and really very good. I don't normally keep cream of tarter on hand, so I substituted 1/8 tsp baking powder and 1/8 tsp baking soda. Turns out fantastic. And sets up so nice. Thank you for the post

Oh, this is so yummy
My 11 year old son tried to make the first batch. He didn't boil long enough,so it didn't set.(But it still tasted great) I remade the next day and it set very quickly. Will definitely keep for my Holiday baking. Thanx.
