I was surprised at how tasty this was! I just picked the recipe because I happened to have some basa fillets and this recipe was so quick and simple... and then it turned out so delicious that I will definitely be making it again for myself and guests. Thanks!

Tasty, indeed! Simple and quick to cook. I didn't have fresh cauliflower, so I used a 16-ounce bag of frozen "California Style Vegetables" (cauliflower & broccoli florets, carrot slices). And I subbed sweet for red onion. I added some sweet red pepper, and an extra can of stewed tomatoes just 'cause I wanted to increase the whole vegetable mix. While the vegetables were sauteeing, I heated a frozen pint container of Chinese rice in the microwave, so when the fish and veggies were done, we served over steamed rice. If you can't find basa fillets, try swai fillets. This is a very nice combination of textures and flavors! Thanks, Dorothy - we'll be enjoying this dish again!

This was delicious. I substituted zucchini for the cauliflower and ate it on a bowl of brown rice. Will definitely make this one again. Thanks.
