I made this recipe but added some chopped bell pepper and jalapeno (seeded). Gave it a little kick! It was excellent!

    Thanks Secret, delicious easy to make. I also loved the choices of optional mushrooms and choice of cheeses, because I usually have 2 of the 3 cheeses, but not all 3. Thank-you.

    This is very good. I would suggest that you don't roll the bread dough too thin or the sausage will tear through.

    Great recipe. I left out the mushrooms this time but will definitely include them next time. I used 6 oz. cheddar and 2 oz. mozzarella. The crust baked to a beautiful, glossy golden brown.

    Very good!! and easy too!! The only thing I would change would be the type of sausage I used. I picked up some ground breakfast sausage, it was OK, but I'm sure it could be even better. My son loved it, he ate two pieces, within the first couple of bites, he told me this recipe was a keeper.

    This was a very easy recipe that went over like crazy. It was delicious. I added an extra sprinkle of cheeses and garlic salt on top after it was rolled. All I can say is that it was delicious comfort food. Very highly recommended for kids and husbands!

    Very yummy. I used fresh dough I made in the bread machine and only needed 1/2 pound of sausage. It is wonderful sausage cheese bread! I am giving some to my mommy and MIL for mothers day. Hope I don't eat it all first. I used a mexican 4 cheese blend for the cheese. Thanks for sharing!

    Very good and easy! Similar to a stromboli recipe that I make often "Meat and Cheese Stromboli". I used cheddar cheese and did not add mushrooms. Thanks for a keeper...
