I made this for Thanksgiving dinner side dish. Excellent, and super easy to make. I halved the recipe, and still had plenty left over after serving 6 people. The topping must be an error ---as it says 11 cups brown sugar--, I used only 1 cup of brown sugar, 1/4 flour, 1/4 butter. I also prepared a smaller portion souffle without the topping and it was excellent and sweet for those who prefer without topping. I also doubled the amount of eagle brand condensed milk and it made it a richer, creamy flavor. It is like a dessert. Would make this again in the future, with the changes.
