I used this recipe to make what I know as Pie Crust Cookies. I found a similar recipe called Cinnamon Crisps #81032. This pie crust is flaky, the dough is very easy to work with and the directions are clear and concise! Thank you so much for posting this easy recipe!

I was out of vinegar a couple days ago and needed crust for a quiche. This recipe was wonderful and flaky. I will definitely make again!

excellent recipe. This was my very first dough/pie making experience and it went well. I substituted and used fresh squeezed lemon juice.

EASY, & FLAKY! I loved this recipe, since it had the least amount of ingredients and it turned out very well. I doubled the recipe and kept the 4 balls in the refrigerator until I was ready to use it the following day. This is a keeper!

My Goodness was this crust ever EXCELLENT!!! I only had one problem. The half cup of water wasn't quite enough. I just added a bit at a time intil it formed the ball. Thanks SO very much for this recipe! I will use it often!

Excellent recipe! I made this as a topping to a chicken pot pie #10744 recipe. It was perfect and flaky. Can't wait to make an apple pie with it! Thanks
