This is quite good. I tried it with left-over sole and I put in a little chopped shrimp just for good measure. I think this recipe lends itself well to just about any mild-flavoured fish or shellfish.

What an excellent dish! The taste is wonderful, and it looks as lovely as it tastes. I will make this again and again. I halved the recipe and it came out perfectly - and fast. It was ready in just a minute or so of broiling. Fantastic recipe!
