Really good recipe. It is addictive. I did make a few changes after the second time I tried it. I used 1 cup of chopped toasted almonds in place of the peanuts, and increased the popcorn to 14 cups. I only baked the popcorn for 10 minutes, stirring after 5.

My husband and I really enjoyed it, the boys were kind of so-so. Go figure!

This is such a fun alternative to caramel corn. I have always used semi-sweet chips and omit the peanuts. It is very addictive! We love it!

Oh, Yum! Tonight is family fun night and I wanted to surprise the kids with something new, and this is definately measuring up! I took the tip to use 14 cups of popcorn and roasted almonds (this was what I had on hand) and it is delicious! I will be making this one again....and again....and again. Thanks!

This stuff is delicious! I didn't use any peanuts, so it was all just wonderful chocolaty popcorn. Once it cools off it becomes nice and crisp. This was a great treat, thanks for posting!
